Solace is a CRHA-certified HR leader, McGill BCom graduate, and former Fortune 100 operations HR leader who oversaw 1,000+ employees and a team of 9. Promoted to Sr. Global HR Manager in March 2026, she leads HR operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC at a fast-growing global SaaS company. She built this platform because she needed it herself — and nothing else on the market was built by someone who actually runs WBRs.
